Mahusay! Magaling! (clapclapclap). I give them an almost perfect 4.5 actually!

I was looking forward to watching AvenueQ since May, when Ina introduced me to the soundtrack on our way to alumni night of JVP, batch28. And when we finally watched it yesterday, I was not disappointed.

The singers/puppeteers were so good. Especially Joel Trinidad (who gave voice to trekki and nicky). I have to admit that puppetting (if there is such a word) wise, Rachel Alejandro wasn't as good as the others. It didn't help too that the puppet Kate Monster had such bright eyes that even if she was supposed to be sad, she didn't look sad. But Rachel gave wonderful renditions to all the songs, especially for "there's a fine fine line." Aiza didn't let me down to. I really have high respects for her singing (idol!).Felix Rivera the voice of Princeton and Rod did well too. I believe the princeton puppet was well made because i could really feel for the puppet. Especially with this song..

Maybe because it's the whole being 25 and still not sure of what to do with my life that makes me relate to this. (except for the Taken More Pictures line, I took lots of pictures back then,hehehe)

I need an academic advisor to point the way!
