My first Baked Chicken

I know, I probably don't have a future in food photography, which is unfortunate because I heard it pays well. But take my word for it, my first baked chicken tastes Sooo Goood!!

It's basically Spicy Roasted Chicken. And I only used a mix. I just added my own flavor to it by adding oil in the baking pan and placing  garlic before baking it. Added a dash of pepper too.

I was working at home today, because we still don't have internet in the office (pathetic) and I had to send tons of emails and surf some sites.  One of the perks of working at home is being able to do some house chores, which includes one of my favorite chores, cooking!

So I marinated the chicken last night and cooked it while I was working, around 2PM. Roasting/Baking chicken just takes more time and uses up more gas so I don't know if I'm going to do this often.

Here are 2 more pics! Sarap di ba? Even though there really isn't any presentation involved I think my first baked chicken is a huge success! :)

Mangaon Ta?! :)

  3. Don't worry about the food photography bit. Quite often, if a piece of food photographs well, it's totally inedible :D What with the spray net and whatever else they throw on it...
