When traveling domestic, out of Manila, it's always best to take PAL. The terminal is just way better, you won't feel like you've been robbed 200pesos for the terminal fee; Their planes are usually bigger, so there's more space and chances to be seated without a seatmate; And they still serve snacks, and you can still choose drinks- coffee, tea or juice.
In my last trip, for field work to Bukidnon via Davao, I rode PAL and decided to have tea. I couldn't help but laugh upon getting this for my tea, it totally made my day. I just had to take a picture of this and share it to everyone. In Philippine Airlines, you don't just get any type of cream - but the BEST cream in town - "cream of the crop" - so Pinoy!
cute naman.. kahit Plane Always Late... yes, so much better parin ang PAL... at least hindi mani & tubig ang snacks mo.

ReplyDeleteAnd PAL's MNL-LAX flights have the prettiest stewardess (mga masungit at tigulang na sa northwest noh!) ...and they serve super yummy adobo!

I remember i rode PAL once from Cebu to Davao and the stewardess told us over the PA system that they'll be serving snacks in a short while. Surprise surprise I got a cup of water and a newspaper. Yummy!
