My main goals for today were to hear mass for Ash Weds, ask Mang Dodong (our friendly neighborhood repairman) to come back and check the kitchen sink drip, and make sure to iron the clothes that have been due for ironing for 2 weeks already.
I heard the 12nn mass. The church wasn't full at first but during the Apostles Creed more and more people arrived and it was packed, similar to a 1030Sunday mass. I guess a lot took advantage of the lunch break. HIGHLIGHT was seeing AGOT ISIDRO during communion.
Well as you know I'm a fan so that really caught my attention. She had no makeup on but looked beautiful as ever. I saw her again after the mass because they (she was with husband Manu) were standing near the door waiting to be in line for the ash. I took one last look and was truly amazed at how flawless she really is and how she surely doesn't look like she's in her mid40s already. I can only wish I can be as fit and fab as she is when I'm in my 40s.
Anyway! I looked for Mang Dodong around 2PM to call him back to Tet's condo to look at the sink. He wasn't around so I just left a message with Mang Roger to ask him to come whenever he is ready. Mang Dodong didn't come until around 330 which had major effects in my schedule for the day. I was hoping to be ironing clothes already by 4.
Mang Dodong did his own tinkering and there wasn't anything much I can do to help. I was thinking of ironing while he was fixing the sink, but didn't pursue it because I normally want to sing while I iron (hehehe). Instead I checked my email. He was taking so long that I decided to explore changing the look of my multiply site. I'm not good in CSS and not very familiar with color codes but played anyway.
THE RESULT! - quite a vain change.
In as much as I want it to be more sophisticated, I just couldn't. And don't tease me for the colors, because honestly, I just randomly changed the old color codes I had and settled with this result. This look is actually NOT ME so if there's anyone who's an expert in designing CSS and would like to offer to make one for me, feel free to send me those codes. hehehe. 
P.S. - i just finished ironing the clothes. mission/s accomplished!

di pa nga ako masyado marunong ate reg eh. i realised i should've searched for color codes sa internet rather than guessing numbers. oh well. pero sige, magpapractice pa ako tapos ayusin natin mga page natin. hahaha

ReplyDeletenice playing around...I am not good at CSS too pero that's my next target after this PC troubleshooting thing...playing around mulitply also helps...di ko pa na try I suck at sizes ng photos sa web... buti hindi na stretch yung photo mo.

oh no, picture stretching is a big No No! Punishable by lethal injection. hehehe :) pagdating naman sa pagpapahalaga sa itsura ng litrato, i won't play around to destroy it. pero trial and error lang ang size nyan, i simply cropped it. :)
